Refund policy

Last updated: 8 August 2026. This policy applies to paid Devstack Tools training seats confirmed in an enrollment invoice or written quotation.

Eligibility

Refunds are available for cancellations requested in writing before the applicable cutoff. Transfers to a later cohort are preferred when seating allows.

Timeframe

Full refunds are available when we receive a cancellation at least 14 days before the cohort start date. Between 13 and 7 days before start, a 50% partial refund applies. Inside 7 days, fees are non-refundable except where Devstack Tools cancels the program.

Conditions for full or partial refund

Full or partial refunds require that digital materials beyond the public syllabus have not been downloaded in bulk after access credentials were issued. If credentials were issued early, we may deduct a materials fee of up to RM 250 from an otherwise eligible refund.

Non-refundable items

On-site room rentals, third-party exam vouchers, custom scenario development already delivered, and travel booked at your request are non-refundable once purchased.

Refund process

Email info@devstack-tools.digital with your invoice number, learner names, and cohort date. We confirm eligibility within three business days.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within 14 business days after approval. Bank transfer refunds in Malaysia may require your account details if the original channel cannot reverse automatically.

Cancellation by Devstack Tools

If we cancel a cohort, you may choose a full refund or a free move to a future date. We are not responsible for personal travel costs unless previously agreed in writing.

Exceptions

Documented medical emergencies or mandated government movement restrictions may qualify for goodwill credits outside the standard windows at our discretion.
